Purchase on Readly webpage

Subscriptions purchased via Readly can easily be cancelled through your Readly account on Readly's website.

Log on to My account, click on Subscriptions & Payments and Cancel. To complete the cancellation, follow all steps until you see a confirmation on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation via email.


iOS in app purchase

Subscriptions purchased via Apple can easily be cancelled on your iOS device.

Go to Settings, click on Subscriptions, select Readly and click on Cancel to cancel your subscription.


Amazon in app purchases

Subscriptions purchased via Amazon can easily be cancelled through your Amazon Appstore account.

Go to your Library, click on Subscriptions, select Manage and click on Cancel to cancel your subscription.


Google in app purchase

Subscriptions purchased via Google can easily be cancelled through your Google Play account.

Open Google Play and go to My subscriptions. Select Readly, click on Manage and press Cancel to cancel your subscription.


Purchase via a partner

Subscriptions purchased via a Partner need to be cancelled via the same Partner.

To cancel, please visit the website where you purchased your subscription.

Share your subscription

Your subscription can be shared with 5 profiles and used on 5 devices.

All profiles sign in with the details of the account holder to access the subscription. Once signed in, you select your own profile to start reading.

You can easily reset your password before signing in.

Click on the link "Forgot password?" below the log in field and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

To download the latest version of the Readly app to your iPhone or iPad, your device need to use iOS 15 or later. We recommend to update the app to the latest version to enjoy new features and app improvements. If your device is unable to upgrade to iOS 15, you will still be able to use the current app version. Your Readly experience will remain unaffected and the app will continue to function as normal for the foreseeable future.
